Settings
On the settings screen you can adjust different parameters of the application.
 
Unit system
Changes the measurement unit for distances (metric or imperial).
 
Speed limit table icon
Changes the speed limit sign icon.
 
Coordinate system
Changes how the coordinates are displayed: in decimal degrees (51.531, -0.160) or Degrees-Minutes-Seconds (N 51d 31' 53", W 0d 9' 37"). Note, that input boxes accept both formats.
 
Proximity area range
You can see an info on the main views if there is a camera closer than the defined range.
 
Warning area range
You can see / hear a more intensive warning, if a camera is closer than the defined range.
 
Delete camera range
You can define the range within which the cameras will be filtered out when you press the button on the main views.
 
Start new track after
This amount of time should elapse after closing iSpeedCam in order not to continue your last track. Of course, you can always start a new track from the statistics screen.
 
Add camera timeout
After this amount of time the camera is autosaved on the add camera screen.
 
Warning sounds
Defines the behavior of the warning sounds when there is a camera within the set warning area range.
 
Proximity sounds
Defines the behavior of the proximity sounds when there is a camera within the set proximity area range.
 
Start sounds
Toggles the sound played when the application is launched.
 
Default speed limits
Allows you to set the default speed limit for all cameras that you do not know the speed limit for.
 
Display options
Defines the behavior of the device's displayed when the device is left idle.
 
Run in background
Toggles the warning sounds ON/OFF when the application is sent to the multitasking bar (works only on multitasking-capable devices).
